All entries must be by the person who photographed the original image, i.e. the copyright holder.

The entrant relinquishes the above copyright for the purpose of the competition only and all associated advertising, including publication in any Motuihe Project literature and website, including a slideshow and limited print of postcards to be sold exclusively on Motuihe Island.

3.

Where possible all entries will be given personal credit for any photograph used.

4.

The entrant retains all other rights to the photograph for future use and for any use the Motuihe Project may request.

5.

No correspondence will be entered into and no prints will be returned.

6.

For categories 1, 2, 3 and 4, all entries must be photographed on Motuihe Island.

7.

For Category 5, all entries must have been photographed in New Zealand, including Stewart Island and the Chatham Islands.

8.

The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

9.

The competition commences on Saturday 1 March 2008 and all entries must be received by Monday 2 June 2008 and winners announced on Friday 8 June 2008.

10.

The judges decision is final.
